Joanne
Office Manager/Financial Coordinator

Joanne has been a part of the Oasis family since 2016. Both her daughters were treated by Dr. Day which first sparked her love for orthodontics. She serves as the office manager, overseeing operations and helping everything run smoothly. She also serves the office as our financial coordinator.
Jo is known for her positive energy and caring approach. She enjoys connecting with patients and supporting the team behind the scenes.
Outside of work, she loves spending time with her family and grandkids, cherishing everyday moments and making memories together.
Erin
Treatment Coordinator

Erin is an experienced Treatment Coordinator with over 20 years in the orthodontic field. Her first priority each day here at Oasis is making people SMILE!! She is known for her silly demeanor yet knowledgeable and compassionate approach. Her abilities make our patients feel comfortable. She works closely with families to answer questions and ensure they receive the best possible care - from their first consultation all the way through completion of treatment.
At the end of each working day you may see her almost sprinting to her vehicle - over the moon about seeing her favorite person in the whole wide world, her daughter Kyah. Erin and Kyah have traveled all over , East coast to West , creating memories they will never forget!! A mini zoo greets her when she gets home with 2 cats named Apache and Cooper and a little Chug (chihuahua and pug) named Bean. Erin absolutely loves food and you will find this may take up quite a bit of her daily strategizing. Her hobbies include painting, decorating, furniture refurbishment, cooking and sleeping.

Danielle keeps things in our office structured and running smoothly behind the scenes. She takes pride in helping her teammates stay connected and ensuring patients have a smooth, positive experience. One of her favorite parts of her role is the opportunity to connect with and meet so many different people along the way.
After work, Dani is always active and spending time outdoors- whether that is hiking a new trail, working out or traveling the world! If ever stagnant you will find her cuddling up with Sedona, her loving, velcro blue heeler. She also enjoys slowing down with a good book and spending quality time with her family, who mean the world to her.

Allison has been an orthodontic assistant for over 37 years and truly loves what she does. Helping patients feel comfortable, confident, and excited about their smiles is what motivates her every day. She takes pride in creating a welcoming environment, explaining treatment clearly and making sure every patient feels cared for.
Throughout her career, she has learned that orthodontics is about more than just straightening teeth- it is about building trust, supporting families and working together as a team to give patients the best experience possible. She brings strong attention to detail, years of hands-on knowledge and a genuine commitment to helping others.
When she's not gracing the Oasis, she is with her family and traveling whenever she can, Ideally relaxing at the beach! Her snuggle buddy at home is Roxy, her Boston Terrier. This is what keeps her grounded and happy. She brings that same positive energy into the office every day.
After nearly four decades in orthodontics, she is still passionate about what she does, proving, "you never work a day in your life when you love what you do."

Ana has been in orthodontics since 2012. She is a result - driven professional who loves turning challenges into solutions. She brings energy, focus and a knack for getting things done. A true team player Ana builds positivity here at Oasis and is the gal we all can count on. She is the go to voice in the room- bold, confident and always making us laugh every morning meeting! Her strong spirit is impossible to miss, bringing heart and hustle to the clinic. She is not just a key part of the team but - our very own rock.
Ana is a proud and very busy mom of four boys. If she ever does get a moment to herself you will find her shopping for makeup or getting way too excited about anything pink, sparkly, and glittery.

Corrine is a an orthodontic assistant here with a love for the field since 2020. She will definately remind you to wear your rubberbands and keep things honest BUT FUN!!! She helps all her patients achieve the smile they have always wanted with gentleness and steady hands.
A dedicated mom to two amazing kids, she stays very active spending quality time with them, playing legos, paddle boarding and taking walks with Lego their dog. She has a busy life but our amazing Rin stays resilient and focused through it all.

Kimberly is a stunning and beautiful yet professional assistant we are lucky to have as part of our team. We can't wait to see what amazing hairstyle she will enter the office with. Kim completed her Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration at Carrington College and has blessed the orthodontic field with her presence since 2020.
Outside of her profession Kim enjoys being with her 4 dogs. She thrives on being busy and constantly on the go. She frequents pilates class, loves searching out unique coffee shops and is an experienced horseback rider.
Nizhoni
